With trash bags, rakes and brooms in hand, Centre Avenue and Rhame Avenue K-Kids hosted an Earth Day Clean Up at Memorial Park in East Rockaway. Even the rain couldn’t keep these students, parents and teachers away.
A special thank you to Village of East Rockaway Superintendent of Public Works Kevin Conklin and his staff for providing the necessary supplies to make this community service project a success. Even the littlest of helpers lent a hand.
